Responsibilities
Role Purpose

  • The Archivist will be responsible for the organization and daily operation of the Deportes videotape and digital libraries.

    Responsibilities

  • The archivist will organize, enter, and edit all recordings made by Deportes production teams.
  • They will assist all Deportes production personnel with footage searches from the videotape and digital archives.
  • The archivist will help identify valuable historical videotape assets that should be digitized and uploaded into the NBC Sports Group Digital Archive.
  • They will help track tape and hard drive shipments in and out of the NBC Sports Group facility

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications

  • Candidate must be bilingual with a demonstrated ability to transcribe in both English and Spanish.
  • 1-2 years of television production experience.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends on short notice.
